Frequently Asked Questions
RightHow long does it take to receive my photos?
Typically it takes 24 hours after your order to receive digital files. If you don’t see them by then, please check your spam or junk folder. Physical prints take up to 14 days to arrive. If your prints or files are delayed, please contact us with your Photo ID Number, the name of your school, and the date it was taken and we’ll find it for you! Please make sure you email the correct school and date as we have multiple locations!
RightWhen are you open?
Generally, we open in September but it really depends on your school’s schedule and preference.
RightWhat if I don't like my kids photos?
Your satisfaction is our main focus! We try to give you several options to choose from, but if you’re not satisfied with those, we always offer a retake day (depending on your school’s schedule).
RightHow do I get my digital downloads?
You simply enter Photo ID number in the form above and that will take you to your online gallery and ordering system!
RightWhy is this different than last year? Why do you offer different sizes of prints or frames?
We are a small, locally-owned company and unlike a lot of the large companies, we only service elementary schools in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Being smaller, we do things a little differently but we believe we do them better. Our focus has always been to have great better customer service and to keep things as simple as possible. If you have any comments or suggestions on ways we can improve, please don’t hesitate to contact us! We’re always looking to grow and improve.
RightWhy is there no year on my photo?
The year on the photo is a decision made by each individual school, if you would like to see it come back feel free to reach out to them and request it. In the meantime, however, many of our guests create their own year or stickers using smartphone apps like Instagram or Snapseed. Thank you for understanding!
RightMy child has special needs and has difficulty standing in long lines, is there anything you can do to help?
Yes, we definitely can help. All of our staff has experience working with all different types of individuals. We, along with the school staff will make sure we work as quickly and schedule kids in an efficient way so that they don’t have to stand around for long periods of time.
